EVENTS
BUSINESS SNAPSHOT 3
Batch BSSE/CS 20 came up with some new issues related to online business. Fariya Khan of Batch SE 20 was made President of the Society and Aliza Moaazam of BSCS 20 the Vice-President. We did rehearsals enthusiastically in the beginning of March 2021 and finally our event " The 3rd Business Snapshot' was conducted on 18th March 2021 at Muhammad Uzair Auditorium, JUW. It was a multi-dimensional learning experience for the students who communicated with poise and confidence, the dialogues they had penned down. Ravieha Haleem did the photography. Nida Farooq of BSSE 20 mesmerized the audience with great performance as Bad Boss. Certificates were distributed in the event to the performing students.
BUSINESS SNAPSHOT 2
This event " Business Snapshot 2020"was conducted on 18th February 2020 at Muhammad Uzair Auditorium JUW. It was well-managed by Aqsa Shahab of BSCS19 and Urooj Alam of BSSE 19. Issues like favoritism in employment and company fraud were also covered. It was a whole journey of designing the plot of the story and developing characters, making dialogues and finally acting out! So Dramatic society believes that through the strength of the Pen and Voice , we can create High Impact Communication. Certificates were also distributed to particpating students.
BUSINESS SNAPSHOT
Dramatic Society of CSSE department was energized when students of batch BSSE/CS 19 drafted and performed business plays in which students jumped into roles of Managers and Employees and depicted beautifully variant issues of management and communication.
BUSINESS SNAPSHOT AND EXPRESSIONS
Our first event was "Business Snaphot and Expressions" in which Batch 2018 performed some spectacular plays. Aysha Khan's play with Kiran Ejaz's hilarious performance won the hearts of the audience. Izba Shahid' s creativity gave birth to another good play. Rania Mughal's play had a good impact too. Some topics covered were Prejudicial selection of candidate and Ban on social media in workplace.
CERTIFICATION
Like everything we offer at Dramatic society, our Certificate distribution among participants encourages them to get out of their comfort zones and embrace new challenges.
AUDITORIUM
The place where amazing plays are staged and the thoughts between the audience and characters are exchanged. We maintain a disciplined and interactive environment In the room by the help of volunteers.
BUSINESS SNAPSHOT 2022
As we humbly stepped into 2022, we had a major project on hand: Business Snapshot 2022. The newly appointed team planned out the whole event. Amidst a lot of “Yes” and “Nos”, finally the program was organized on 2nd March 2022 in Mohammad Uzair auditorium.Plays that were performed in this event were:SE (B): Business scam CS ( A): Skills over looks, SE (A): Managing customers,SE (B) : Good VS Bad decision, CS (A): Impact of an atmosphere, SE (A): Skills won over degree, SE (B): Team management mind tools, CS (A): Undying talents of tales, SE (A): Hard work never goes in vain CS, ( B): Be your own boss.Eyes gleaming with excitement, batch 2021 stepped on stage and transformed into professionals, speaking professionally.Certificates were distributed to the participating students.
MINUTES OF THE MEETING
MEETING on 10th July 2021 - convened by Ms. Saba Rizwan
It was attended by President, Vice-President, Managers (Creative Arts) of the Dramatic society and the First Year Class Representatives.
- All the members of the society were formally introduced to one another and also to the four First year Class Representatives.
- The whole process of making scripts and acting it out was explained to the CRs who will be doing it this year
- While discussing previous events, we pointed out our weak areas and discussed on how to improve on them.
